I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #54387) and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor, with over fifteen years of clinical experience providing individual, family and group psychotherapy to teens, young adults, parents and families.

I believe that building strong relationships with clients is essential to achieving success in our work together. As a therapist, I take a humanistic approach focusing on developing rapport and trust through authenticity and empathy. I'm here to support you in your journey toward personal growth and healing.
My therapeutic methods include Mentalizing and Empathy to facilitate understanding of emotions, mindfulness to cultivate presence and non-judgment, Dialectical Behavior Therapy to improve communication and regulate emotions, RO DBT to address social signaling and connectedness with others, Psychodynamic Therapy to explore unconscious thoughts and feelings, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify and modify negative thoughts and behaviors, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a specialized protocol for teens dealing with PTSD.
